Airbnb NewYork Price Predictor

I built this predictor after developing a MERN stack Wanderlust website, designed on principles similar to Airbnb. My goal was to create a price prediction feature that helps users determine the optimal price for their listings to attract more bookings and maximize returns. It also provides insights on what aspects of their listing they can improve to increase its value, giving users a unique perspective and serving as a key USP for the platform.

In the future, I plan to enhance this feature by introducing dynamic pricing that automatically adjusts rates based on market conditions, demand trends, and listing types. Alongside this, I will develop an improvement suggestion model that provides actionable recommendations to hosts, helping them enhance their listings and further boost revenue - creating a comprehensive, intelligent pricing and optimisation system similar to Airbnb’s advanced strategy.
